Barberly works with Revolut Business. Client payments go straight into your Revolut Business account: Revolut is a bank, so there is no separate payout step.

- Fees for late cancellations and no-shows
- Monthly membership payments, charged automatically on each renewal date
- Card payments at the desk with Revolut terminals
Connect Revolut#
You need a Revolut Business account.
- In Barberly, go to PaymentsConfigure payments
- Choose Revolut and connect your Revolut Business account

Terminals#
All Revolut terminal models work with Barberly. The terminals on your Revolut account are available at checkout. Terminals are connected for the whole shop, not per team member.
Good to know#
- Each team member can connect their own Revolut account, or another provider. See Individual payment providers for team members.
- The shop uses one provider at a time.
- Refunds are made in Barberly, as with other providers.
- Clients can add a tip when they pay.
- Revolut payments appear in all Barberly reports.
- Revolut sets its own fees, which depend on your country. You see them in your Revolut Business account.
- If you switch from another provider, clients add their card again, including members whose plan renews automatically.
