An individual discount is a permanent discount you assign to a specific client by hand. It is not tied to points or events, and it does not expire: the client gets it on every appointment until you remove it. Only your staff can assign or remove it.
Create discount types#
Discount types are on MenuMarketingIndividual Discounts. A few sample types are already there, with different percentages and tiers such as Silver, Gold and Platinum. You can use them as they are, edit them or create your own.
Assign a discount to a client#
On the client card page, pick a discount type from the dropdown, which lists all existing types.
What clients see#
- The discount is shown in the client's profile.
- All services are shown with the discount applied.
- The discount is applied automatically during booking.
Examples#
- Regular clients
- Tiers such as Silver 5%, Gold 10% and Platinum 15%.
- Friends and family
- One discount type for relatives and close friends of your staff.
- Industry professionals
- A special rate for other stylists who refer clients to you.
